What is your return policy?
Because each Catholight bag is made-to-order with care, we do not accept general returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’re happy to make it right with a replacement, refund, or store credit — depending on the situation.
How do I report an issue with my order?
Simply email us at support@catholight.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a short explanation. Our team will review and assist you promptly.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We’ve got you covered. If your bag arrives damaged or has a clear defect, we’ll send you a replacement at no cost — or issue a refund/store credit if needed.
